Learn technical scientific French

Apart from our Masters of Science & Technologies courses, entirely delivered in English, all our agro-engineering courses and Master programs are taught in French. Consequently, a B1-B2 level in French is recommended. International students proving a B2 level will be preferably admitted. Academic performances in relevant scientific fields should show at least an average grading of 60 % (12/20).

Students selected to study at INP-ENSAT during the Fall, can follow an intensive 3-week course in French for Scientific Purposes before starting their academic semester in mid-September. The sessions are held at the ENSEEIHT located in Toulouse down town.

Our team of qualified teachers in French as a foreign language will provide courses to our incoming international students so that they will be prepared for their engineering studies in one of the INPT “Grandes Ecoles”. The main aspects of the program are :

  • French for every day communication
  • French for scientific purposes
  • French for professional Purposes

Students are evaluated through continuous assessment methods and by a final table Examination. They are awarded 3 ECTS that will be included in the Learning Agreement, if they succeed the examinations.

Additionally, students can follow the optional cultural program which includes a wide variety of activities (visits of historical sites, sport and leisure activities etc.). Students will have buddies to help them settle in Toulouse.
